Can I use the water from the tofu package to water my houseplants?

I make tofu jerky often so I go through a lot of tofu. It just came to me that watering my houseplants with this liquid may be beneficial to the plants – it is a nutrient dense substance. Any experience with this? I’d rather not waste it if my plants will like it.
